9 reviews for iSpO2® Pulse Oximeter with Lightning Connector for iOS Device

  1. Dragon Flyer

“I wanted to monitor my oxygen while I slept. It recorded for six hours while I was a sleep using an iPhone 6 before the battery went dead on the phone. It graphs the result. You can download the detail data. Oxygen and pulse data every second is provided. Used Excel to evaluate the data. It starts a new file each time you use it so it is easy to separate the data.
The length of the cord is not very long for my purpose. I tried using a thunderbolt extension and it would not recognize the device. I would have liked a longer cord so my iPhone would be a lower risk of falling while I slept. I would like to have longer battery or ability to charge while being used. The extension would have helped as well. My ideal would be a cord that would allow me to plug in my phone and have a longer cord.”

    “Works Great!”

  3. W. Thein

“I am a registered nurse and have used this in home-health care. It is a very solid, accurate, dependable, professional and convenient piece of equipment. I love using it out in the field. It picks up readings quickly, responds and reads where other little pulse/oximeters fail, which is a real and frequent problem when a good number of your subjects are elderly and others with compromised circulation.

The waveform readings, perfusion index readings and ability to record data and transfer to my Mac make this device a substantial cut above the rest. It looks and feels like a professional piece of equipment because it is, and this inspires confidence with patients who recognize the sensor as being hospital-quality as opposed to something they could pick up at the pharmacy or Wal-Mart.”

  5. D. Coral

“I love this highly portable pulse oximeter which is easy to hide away and carry everywhere AND has hospital grade accuracy. The soft carrying case is small enough to fit in a pocket. The iPhone app has a nice scrolling chart that makes it feel like fancy expensive medical equipment. I also have the MightySat (Bluetooth + Pleth Variability Index + Respiration Rate) which measures extra parameters. The biggest practical difference is that you can use the MightySat longer continuously without having to depend on the iPhone battery. So far my readings have been very consistent. Masimo pioneered the signal detection algorithms for pulse oximetry used in hospitals around the world. The iSpO2 uses same professional level technology which remains far ahead of the competition. Masimo is a US medical device company based in Irvine, California.”

  6. Kathy Summers

“displays well in iPad, O2 sat, pulse tracing all useful.”

  7. D Kellogg

“This is a great, clinical quality, pulse oximeter. I notice that the newly released (Dec. 2016?) iPhone app includes easy data export via .csv file.”

  8. JOE J.

  9. Big O
